Georgetown business burglary under investigation

State police are investigating after they say thieves stole two five-hundred-gallon fuel tanks and a trailer from a Beaver County business.

Police say the Georgetown Sand and Gravel was burglarized between 6 p.m. Thursday and 4:45 a.m. Friday. The thieves reportedly stole around $1,000 in cash and a low-boy trailer along with the fuel tanks.

The suspects also damaged the business's security system, according to police.

Investigators say after the theft, the suspects took off into West Virginia and are believed to be driving a white Ford or Chevrolet truck. State police ask anyone with information to call 724-773-7400.
