1. Introduction:

 

The bimetallic overlay wear resistant plate for rotary valve for vertical mill is a special discharing device used for cement clinker, that adapt to the Large block material of gas block process system for high temperature.The rotary airlock vane feeder valve is applied to the preparation system for clinker and raw material grinding of 2500~5000t/d production line.
This rotary airlock vane feeder valve is no more than used for rotary feeding, but also has the fuction of block high temperature gas. The structure of rotary airlock vane feeder valve body is compact, and the maintenance is convenient. The inter space between the stator and the rotor is adjustable, and its primary parts are made with low carbon alloy steel which is characterized with heat-resistant. The pressed gas insufflate into the center of the rotor discontinuously, it can clean up the clay material effectually which is adhered on the core of clique and improve the clique work conditions greatly, which can largely increase the work condition of the rotary airlock vane feeder valve, and the ability of impact-resistance. 2. Product Description:

A. Material of wear resistant parts:

1. Rotary airlock vane feeder valve front head's flexible blades: HARDOX 500 wear plate;

2. Rotary airlock vane feeder valve's main body: HH-700B bimetallic overlay wear resistant plate, the mid lower portion is produced with 16Mn steel sheet (after heat treatment);

3. End plate: 16Mn steel plate (after heat treatment);

4. Liner and End air sealing ring: HH-700B bimetallic overlay wear resistant plate;

5. Inlet and outlet are produced by replaceable lining plate, which produced also with HH-700B wear resistant plate.

B. Material of other parts:

1. Rotary airlock vane feeder valve housing: Q345B steel plate;

2. Rotary airlock vane feeder valve spindle: 40Cr Quenched and tempered round bar;

3. Heat and wear resistant sheath of the spindle (rotor part): 16Mn steel sheet;

4. Bearing seat: ZG35 steel.
